Texas Driver Education Is the Texas Adult Driver Ed course approved by Texas?

    • It sure is! Our course has been approved by the Texas Education Agency. All adults over the age of 18 may take our 6 hour course as a way to receive their Texas State Drivers License. Adult Driver Education is compulsory, or mandatory for all residents between the ages of 18-24. Adults over the age of 24 may also take the Texas Adult Driver Education program for adults to obtain their license

Texas Driver Education Is the Texas Drivers Ed course approved by the state of Texas?

    • Yes! We were the first to be approved in Texas and have continued to remain the number one course available! Our course (#102) is extremely popular, and students can begin the program as early as 14, and take their permit test as early as 15. Students who begin the Texas Driver Ed program prior to turning 18 can still complete the program and obtain their license upon completion of the program.

Texas Driver Education Do I have to take a drivers test?

    • Once you’ve completed our Texas Drivers Ed program for Adults or Teens, there is a requirement that you pass a Texas Drivers License test regardless of the program you’ve enrolled in. ALL residents of Texas must take a Texas Drivers License Test to obtain their Drivers License. If you are 17 and under, to obtain your license, complete the program, download your pre-filled forms and take it to the DPS to take your test. If you have enrolled in the Adult Texas Drivers Ed course and are 18 years old or older, once you’ve finished the program, we will mail your completion certificate to you. Once you receive your certificate, take it to the DPS to take your drivers test.
Texas Driver Education What do parents need to know about the Texas Driver Education course for Teens?
    • The instructor for behind the wheel training must be a parent, grandparent, step-parent or step-grandparent, foster parent, or legal guardian appointed by the court. The instructor must have had a valid drivers license for the past three years. Instructors must not have a record of conviction of DWI or criminally negligent homicide. The instructor must have a clean drivers record and will not be allowed to be an instructor if they have had their license suspended, revoked, or forfeited for traffic related incidents in the last three years.

    • We allow you to transfer any course that you may be taking to our approved Texas Drivers Education Course.
